Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Final sale items or personalized/custom products.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order details and reason for the return.
- For international orders, return shipping fees may apply.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–15 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed as a new order. Return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at returns@delsie.com for assistance.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
